Map - Greenbrier Co. to Braxton & Lewis Co.
To better understand the movement of Greenbrier County residents to Braxton
& Lewis County, I made this map.
I realized in the process that this was a distance that is far enough that the
residents probably did not go back and forth.
My hunch is that they made the move and that was it, unless they decided to
move back, like one family did.
The implications of this (in my opinion) mean that if a marraige took place
in Greenbrier, the person had not moved yet.
I personally don't think that they would travel back to Greenbrier for the wedding,
but I could be wrong.
